How to Line a Baking Tin

For blissful non-stick baking, it’s useful to know how to properly line your baking tins, especially as most of them are round.

1. Place the base of your tin upon a sheet of greaseproof paper, then draw around the base and cut out the circle.
2. Cut a strip of paper one inch taller than the sides of the tin and fit this around the inside edge of the tin.
3. If you don’t have any greaseproof paper, simply rub some margarine or butter around the sides of the tin.

Now that you know how to line your cake tin, you can remove your cake without losing any precious crumbs!
