Ingredients
Cookie mix (59%): Wheat flour, sugar, palm fat, salt, raising agent (sodium carbonates), molasses, natural flavouring.
Icing (35%): Sugar, palm fat, water, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polysorbate 60, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), stabiliser (diphosphates), natural flavouring, acidity regulators (sodium hydroxide, citric acid), colour (carotenes).
Sprinkles (6%): Sugar (82.7%), glucose syrup, wheat starch, corn starch, glazing agents (shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax), colours. (carotenes, carmines).
